Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 64000 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any provision stated herein, you are not permitted to use our platform.

These terms apply to all users of the 64000 platform, including visitors browsing the website, registered users, and any party accessing our services via mobile app or web browser. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

The 64000 platform is intended for users aged 18 and above only. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and take full responsibility for all activity carried out through your account.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold one account only. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering. 64000 reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time to verify your identity. Accounts created using false or fraudulent information may be terminated immediately without notice.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. Do not share your login details with anyone. All activity that occurs through your account, whether with your knowledge or not, is your responsibility. Notify us immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from:

  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or block other users' access to the 64000 platform.
  • Engaging in fraud, including bonus abuse or fraudulent transactions.
  • Using another person's account or sharing an account among multiple individuals.
  • Distributing unlawful, obscene, or threatening content through our platform.

Payments, Transactions & Currency

All transactions on the 64000 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). We support popular local payment methods including DuitNow, Boost, and internet banking transfers via major Malaysian banks. Users are responsible for ensuring that deposits are made using an account or payment method registered in their own name.

Successful deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes of bank confirmation. However, technical delays or additional verification procedures may cause the process to take longer. 64000 is not liable for any delays caused by third parties, including banking institutions.

For withdrawals, users are required to complete an identity verification process before their first request can be processed. All withdrawals are processed within one to three business days, depending on the chosen method. Minimum and maximum amounts for deposits and withdrawals are subject to change and will be communicated within the user account section.

Account Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits

64000 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated any term in this document, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused the platform. In cases where an account is closed due to a terms violation, the account balance may not be refunded, subject to the outcome of any investigation conducted.

Platform Liability Limits

64000 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses resulting from technical disruptions, system errors, or betting outcomes. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis without any implied warranty as to availability or accuracy of information.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 64000 platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, icons, user interfaces, and software, is the exclusive property of 64000 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 64000 management.

Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Third-Party Links & Services

The 64000 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers and gaming software suppliers. 64000 is not responsible for the privacy policies, content, or practices of those third parties. Users are advised to read and understand the terms and privacy policies of any relevant third party before using their services.

Amendments to Terms

64000 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the latest version.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 64000 platform shall be resolved through the applicable dispute resolution procedures, and the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia shall apply.
